Years Practicing: 2

Alma Mater: Texas A&M University

Hobbies/Special Interests: Spending time on the water, fishing, spending time with family and friends.

Current Pets: Lexie—6yo Boxer

Favorite Thing about Job: Having a positive impact on the lives of my patients and their families. I love seeing the clients and their pets so happy.

Favorite Hospital Memory: About 2 months after school, I got to work with a mastiff “Cesar” who presented to us very ill. It was a difficult case due to a potential foreign body, but no known ingestion had occurred. It was very stressful for a few days, but after the exploratory surgery, where a toy was removed from his intestines, he recovered well! It is such a joy getting to see him for his annual exams and he is the happiest boy!
